Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To verify, in an acute and chronic way, changes in the muscular strength of young and active individuals physically engaged in sports activities. - Analyze the maximum isometric muscle strength of the knee extensor muscles through a tension transducer-type load cell coupled to a flexor/extensor model chair.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Analyze changes related to handgrip strength using a hand dynamometer. - Analyze changes related to height of vertical jump using a force platform. - Analyze the ground reaction force in the jump collected by the force platform
