Age
20 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 60 or over or health professionals between 20 and 59 years old; score greater than or equal to 7 on the Self-Reporting Questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: elderly and health professionals who do not have access to the internet; individuals with indicators of neurological pathologies or with psychiatric symptoms or with risk of suicide.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in post-traumatic symptoms and indicators of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, verified through the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-Civilian Version, if the individual scores three or more in at least one reliving item, three avoidance items and two items of increased excitability.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
An increase in anxiety and depression indicators, verified through the Patient Health Questionnaire, a score greater than or equal to three in the first two questions is an indicator of anxiety, and a score greater than or equal to three in the last two questions is an indicator of depression.
