Age
1 Days to 7 Days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newborns with gestational age less than 37 weeks requiring arterial puncture that are in the first seven days of life, regardless of weight. Newborns of both male and female are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Newborns with congenital malformation, patients with neurological disorders and use of sedative and hypnotic drug.
