20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men; age between 20 and 40 years old; blood pressure levels below 140/90 mmHg; absence of cardiovascular diseases; no smoking; no highly physically active; no use of regular medications, nutritional or ergogenic supplements; no extreme morningness and eveningness chronotype

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index higher than 30kg/m²

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in blood pressure measured by the ascultatoty method of at least 4 mmHg

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in blood flow measured by ultrasonography in 20 ml/min; change in cardiac sympathovagal balance assessed by heart rate variability of 20%; change in sympathetic vasomotor modulation assessed by blood pressure variability of 20%
