Interventions
This study consisted of three intervention programs of Food Education (EAN), which took place over 12 weeks, with a 2 hour meeting once a week:
1) Psychopedagogical Program (PPP): given by a Nutrition
the third week was carried out by the flavor workshop program
and the last week, was performed by the psychopedagogical program with the psychology approach
and so on during the 3 months.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 years and over. Residents of the city of Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. Elderly people who participate in social groups in institutions served by the Food Bank.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elderly people from groups who have already participated in food education activities of Banco de Alimentos Projects.
