Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults with 18 years of age or older; both genders; legal guardians of children aged up to 11 years and 11 months with motor disability in Physio-therapeutic care at the School Clinic on the Realengo, campus of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Guardians of children with a health condition associated with the Nervous System without motor limitations; guardians of children with other health conditions; guardians under 18 years old

| Expected outcome 1:We expected to understand the participation of children from three possible environments: home, school and community, and to find a low % of participation in the community environment and in the School environment, and a better % of participation in the home environment. Regarding self-care activities, mobility and social function, a high rate of delay in the child's development perceived by those responsible was expected.;Outcome found 1: Participation in the home environment demonstrated that the basic care routine was the most frequent, being daily for 20 of the 21 children (around 95%), the rest routine, a few times a week for 1; regarding personal care, daily for 14 children, once a week for 1 child and never for 6; daily to clean up for 14 children, a few times a week for two and never for 5; For food, 18 children participated daily, twice a week and one never participated. The frequency of participation in household chores was the lowest, never for all activities for 12 children (around 57%). Among the domestic tasks, taking care of other family members, including animals, was attended by 8 children at varying frequencies. Even participation in games did not reach 100% of the children, with arts, crafts, stories and music being the activity that reached the largest number of children, 20, with varying frequency of participation and being daily for 17 of them. Only 2 attended daycare or preschool. The frequency of participation was higher for socializing with friends (daily and a few times a week) and lower for group activities (daily and a few times in the last 2 months). Regarding the frequency of participation in the community environment, none of the children participated in classes or organized physical activities. The activities that involved walks in the neighborhood and community were attended by the majority of children, all of whom participated in at least two of the three proposed activities.
