Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 70; diagnosed with plantar fasciitis; patients with refractory pain with a verbal numerical scale score of 4 or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 years of age; those with previous deformities, those with peripheral neuropathy related to diabetes mellitus; such as pes cavus and those resulting from Charcot neuroarthropathy; those with cardiac and/or neurological pacemakers; those with metal implants (any) and those who refuse to participate in the study

A reduction in pain intensity (verbal numerical scale - VAS) related to plantar fasciitis.	—

The data obtained through the SF12 questionnaire are expected to show an improvement in the quality of life of patients who received active treatment.	—
