Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult men and women aged between 18 and 59; be literate; have access to and mastery of internet use.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Professionals or students in Nutrition or Psychology; have psychiatric disorder in the acute phase; practitioners of mindfulness, meditation, yoga or similar, in the last 6 months (with formal practice at least once a week); pregnant; have cognitive difficulties that do not allow the understanding of the issues of the instruments used in data collection.
