Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of at least one permanently erupted posterior permanent tooth with sealant; minimum age of 12 and maximum of 32 years; do not use orthodontic appliances; not be using medication that could influence the salivary flow; not being pregnant; possibility of attending return visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with restorations and sealants in the same tooth.
