Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have between 20 and 59 years old; have access to a mobile phone that supports the mobile App; speak Portuguese; consent to participate to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are receiving nutritional guidance from a health professional will be excluded.

Achieve the recommended salt intake of less than 5 grams of salt per day (2,300 milligrams of sodium per day) as measured by Discretionary-salt questionnaire in grams found at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study
