Education Group: 20 participants with diagnosis of chronic low back pain received only education intervention, with guidelines on low back pain, causes and symptoms. It will be explained to the patien

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower back pain for at least six months; disability score assessed by the oswestry index 20%; be between 18 and 65 years old; have at least six years of schooling; be able to understand and verbalize; be available to attend the program meetings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who were submitted to lumbar spine arthrodesis; who use walking aid for locomotion; Acute and oncological diseases; Major heart disease that limits rehabilitation activities

Improvement in patient disability as assessed by the Oswestry Disability Index, from the pre and post intervention
