Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with anterior shoulder instability; follow-up in the postoperative period for at least 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other shoulder associated conditions such as multidirectional instability; posterior shoulder instability; rotator cuff injury

Positioning of the graft in relation to the articular surface of the glenoid (coronal, sagittal and axial planes), evaluated by computed tomography of the shoulder performed three months after the operation ;Pseudarthrosis, evaluated by computed tomography of the shoulder performed three months after the operation;Osteolysis, evaluated by computed tomography of the shoulder performed three months after the operation

Functional results of the shoulder, evaluated by the functional scores: Scale of evaluation of the results of the shoulder the athlete (EROE) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) ;Satisfaction with the result, measured by a questionnaire answered by the patient after three months of surgery
