This is a 4-arm randomized controlled trial. 48 physically active men and women aged 65 ± 6.3 years will take part, randomly divided into: Control group (CG=12), without participation in exercise sess
Exercise group (GELV1=12), subjected to exercise sessions on a treadmill, at an intensity of 100% of the Ventilatory Threshold (VT) and duration of 20 minutes, with a training load equivalent of 2. 00
Exercise group (GELV2 = 12), subjected to exercise sessions on a treadmill at an intensity of 60.7% of the VL for 33 minutes, with a training load equivalent of 2,003 AU
Exercise group (GELV3 = 12), subjected to exercise sessions on a treadmill at an intensity of 118% of the VL for 17 minutes, with a training load equivalent of 2,006 AU. Randomization will be carried

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be at least 65 years old; be male or female; do more than 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Limitation to physical exercise; suffering from cardiovascular, metabolic and or neurodegenerative diseases; use of drugs that affect the nervous system
