Age
18 Years to 29 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy people aged 18 - 29. Both sexes. Complete dentition. Absence of bilateral canine guide with signs of wear. Incisal wear with no pain. Reports of bruxism episodes by third parties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of temporomandibular disorders. Presence of other parafunctional habits. Systemic diseases that cause teeth clenching and grinding. Patients with dentures. Absence of teeth. Presence of painful symptoms associated with bruxism. Extensive dental rehabilitations
