Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children between 2 and 18 years of age. Children diagnosed with neurogenic bladder and bowel due to myelomeningocele.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of fundamental information in the medical records (complementary image and developmental data). Children with non-drained / controlled hydrocephalus. Children who have uncorrected spinal cord. Miss 2 times to the meeting with the physiotherapy. Do not complete 12 weeks of home treatment. Do not adhere to treatment. Have undergone sacral neuromodulation treatment in the last year or initiate other concurrent therapeutic modalities.

| To evaluate the voiding behavior of the patients by comparing the pre and post-intervention voiding diary.;To evaluate the evacuation behavior of the patients by comparing the pre and post-intervention diary.;To compare the effects of neuromodulation with the frequency 4Hz and 10Hz, through the results of the exams performed (urodynamics, ultrasound of the urinary tract and uroculture) after the intervention and compare them with the results prior to the intervention.;Analyze the quality of life of the children by comparing the quality of life questionnaire (PedsQL) before and after intervention. | — |
