knowledge of health workers about preconception care through a questionnaire with 13 affirmations and possibilities of answers "right", "wrong" and "I do not know".

Implementation of preconceptional care health actions through a questionnaire evaluating the following actions: assessment of the intention to become pregnant, disclosure of preconceptional care, preconceptional care counseling after the rapid pregnancy test, prescribing and dispensing folic acid
