Two groups: 21 chronic pelvic pain women and 21 healthy women, all of them were asked to realize the proposed exercise below.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study group: women of reproductive age with chronic pelvic pain; Control group: apparently healthy reproductive age women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women; physically active in competitive level; malignancies, dyspareunia and/or isolated dysmenorrhea
