Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 70 years; of both genders; have a diagnosis of cancer without specifying the type of affected person; these individuals must be or have already completed treatment whether it be chemotherapy or radiation therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular problems, metastasis, acute respiratory problems, cognitive dysfunction and immune deficiency, Explanations about the protocols, objectives, risks of participation and the right to withdraw from the project will be given during the first visit to the patient

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To verify the acute effects of an unsupervised fitness program type Home Based, for a period of 04 weeks, on fitness in individuals with cancer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measure through the 6-minute step test (6MWT) the physical capacity of cancer patients and with the help of the home based analyze how much daily physical activity the patients perform according to the frequency and intensity of the exercise.
