50 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; postmenopausal; age between 50 and 79 years at the date of valuation; no physical limitations or any health problems that prevent the implementation of evaluations; possess a medical certificate to perform the cardiorespiratory fitness test, participate in the concurrent training and eating 1.5 ounces per day of taurine; perform all evaluations; sign the consent form and formal clarification for study participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hormone replacement therapy; hypertension; hysterectomy; accumulate three consecutive absences or four non-consecutive absences during the month
