Fisher's exact test (p = 0.05) will be used for statistical analysis;Finding outcome 2: There was no statistical difference in sensitivity after in-office whitening with 35% hydrogen peroxide gel after blister maintenance, through statistical analysis with Fisher's exact test (p = 0.05) | — |

| Expected outcome 1: Expect to find more effectiveness of in-office whitening with 35% hydrogen peroxide gel after blister maintenance. The evaluation of the effectiveness of whitening (primary outcome) in each group will be carried out using the Wilcoxon paired test and the comparison of this outcome between the three groups (T1, T2, T3) using the paired t-test (p = 0.05);Outcome found 1: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding the effectiveness of in-office whitening with 35% hydrogen peroxide gel after maintaining the blisters.
