Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under 18 and 85 years old; elective oncologic breast surgeries, ASA score 1,2,3 ; able to comprehend and respond questions and the Numerical pain scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient refuse; hipersensibility of anesthetics; anatomic impossibility to do the blocks;difficult airway; unable to complete the questions; contraindications of regional anesthesia (coagulopathy, infections on the site of the blocks).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We hope to promote less postoperative pain with the blocks evaluated by numerical pain scale; less opioid intake measured intra and postoperatively in miligrams.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We hope to promote less somnolence; less nausea and vomiting; less lenght of stay in Post anesthesia care unit; faser discharge home
