Case group: 40 women with breast cancer scheduled for surgery will undergo general anesthesia associated with ultrasound-guided Pec 1,2 and serratile-intercostal blocks.

18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients under 18 and 85 years old; elective oncologic breast surgeries, ASA score 1,2,3 ; able to comprehend and respond questions and the Numerical pain scale.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient refuse; hipersensibility of anesthetics; anatomic impossibility to do the blocks;difficult airway; unable to complete the questions; contraindications of regional anesthesia (coagulopathy, infections on the site of the blocks).
