Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with primary dysmenorrhea; presenting EVA at least 5; aged between 18 and 26 years; Normal BMI (18.5 - 24.9); without previous pelvic pathologies
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with previous gynecological pathologies or previous surgeries; having undergone some type of treatment for primary dysmenorrhea; BMI out

| It is expected to find pain reduction in the menstrual period, improvement in the quality of sleep and quality of life, in specific groups. Verified by the intervention method using, the connective tissue massage, tension and kinesio tapping. We will see a reduction in the level of pain after the interventions by 80% and an improvement in the quality of sleep and life of at least 70%. | — |
