Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are completely edentulous in the upper or lower arch; systemically healthy patients; patients with good cognition; aged between 18 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unavailability of bone tissue to allow implant placement; smokers; pregnant or breastfeeding women; patients with general contraindications for undergoing surgical procedures; chronic users of medications that affect bone metabolism

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome will be implant displacement, which will be evaluated through image analysis software. Photogrammetry is expected to be 0.5 mm more accurate than the other scanners evaluated.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The dichotomous Visible Plaque Index (VPI) will be assessed through clinical examination, and it is expected that more than 80% of the implants will not present a positive VPI.;The dichotomous Marginal Bleeding Index (MBI) will be assessed through clinical analysis. It is expected that more than 80% of the installed implants will present no bleeding at the end of the study;The dichotomous Bleeding on Probing Index (BOP) will be assessed through clinical analysis. It is expected that more than 90% of the installed implants will show no bleeding at the end of the study;Probing depth (PD) will be assessed through clinical examination, and it is expected that more than 90% of the installed implants will present a PD below 3 mm.;The Clinical Attachment Level (CAL) will be assessed through clinical examination, and it is expected that more than 90% of the installed implants will present a CAL below 4 mm;The peri-implant marginal level (PML) will be assessed through clinical examination, and it is expected that more than 90% of the implants will present a PML below 1 mm.;The presence of mobility or suppuration will be assessed through clinical examination, and it is expected that fewer than 5% of the implants will present these findings;Radiographic bone level analysis will be performed using radiographic evaluation, and it is expected that more than 90% of the implants will present a radiographic bone level below 2 mm
