Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 18 and 65 years; availability to participate in the therapeutic schedule; knowing how to read and write; make use of the whatsapp app and the Zoom or Google Meet app; have access to the internet; be willing to be randomized

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 6 months of work in current job; use of drugs that modulate the activity of the Central Nervous System; being in psychological counseling during the intervention period; have adopted Mindfulness practices in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in the level of stress, depression and anxiety based on the observation of a significant variation between the moments before and after the intervention, whose measures will be evaluated using the DASS-21 scale (Scale of depression, anxiety and stress).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increased levels of mindfulness, self-compassion and quality of life, based on the observation of a significant variation between the pre- and post-intervention moments, whose measures will be assessed through the questionnaire of the 5 facets of mindfulness (FFMQ-BR), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS-BR) and WHOQOL-BREF, respectively.
