Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-stroke Volunteers; chronic phase of the disease; more than 6 months after Cerebral Vascular Accident, Territory of lesion in the Middle Cerebral Artery or in the Anterior Cerebral Artery, Cognition equal or superior to 21 points in the cognition score scale Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), 2 months of non-involvement in exercise programs physicist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular complication that contraindicates the practice of physical exercises; involvement in other physical exercise programs, performing surgeries to attenuate clinical conditions resulting from stroke, chemical blockages to reduce spasticity, during the study that contraindicated its continuity in the study.

MeasureTime frame
Expected Outcome 1: Mobility by means of Time Up and Go Test, simple and in double task with a minimum difference of 2.9 seconds from pre to post test.;Expected outcome 2: The custom of interfering a dual task in a simple task through the Time Up and Go Test. With a minimum advance of 5% of the pre for the post test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected Outcome 3: Mobility will be assessed by the 10-meter walk test, with a difference of at least 0.10s per meter faster from pre-test to post-test.;Expected Outcome 4 Evaluation of cognition, through the scale: MoCA Montreal - Cognitive Assessment. The measurement should be at least 4 points from the pretest to the posttest.;Expected Outcome 5: For the evaluation of the aerobic capacity , the 6-minute walk test will be performed. There should be changes of at least 13% from pre to post test.;Expected Outcome 6: To verify the change in Strength in the extensor muscles of the leg will be used to the Voluntary Isometric Ballistic Contraction Maximal in a Byodex dynamometer. As a minimum difference of 7% from the pre to the post test.;Expected Outcome 7: For the quality of life analysis, the Stroke Impact Scale (SIS) will be applied. The scale will have differences in each item: Strength: difference of at least 24 points from the pretest to the post test, Daily Life Activities, at least changes from 17 points from the pre to the post test, a minimum of 15 points of difference in mobility from the pretest to the posttest, and hand control with a minimum difference of 25 points from the pretest to the posttest.;Expected outcome 8: To detect changes in fear of falling, the Falls Efficacy Scale will be used. A change of at least 0.5 points from the pretest to the posttest is expected.;Expected Outcome 9:For balance evaluation, we will use Mini Balance Evaluation Test. In which we expect a minimum change of 4 points from the pre to the post test
