Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers in good general health (ASA I), with bilateral Muller class I or II gingival recession of at least one dental element in each quadrant of the maxilla (incisors to second premolar), with periodontal health and good plaque control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking, diabetic, pregnant or lactating volunteers with periodontal disease were excluded.

Through clinical evaluation 6 months after the procedure, it is expected that the two materials used, connective graft and PRF (Plasma rich in fibrin) can cover the exposed tooth root.;The results showed that there was no difference between the groups (connective graft and PRF) for the parameters depth of probe and clinical level of insertion. It was observed that the connective tissue graft had values 20% higher in the rate of total coverage of gingival recessions and in the average percentage of root coverage. Therefore, the connective tissue graft was more effective in root coverage, in increasing thickness and in the amount of inserted gingiva after six months of evaluation when compared to the PRF (Fibrin Rich Plasma) group.
