Eligibility

Age
16 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both sexes aged between 16 and 35 years; engaged in recreational or amateur physical activity with a minimum frequency of two sessions per week; minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire short version; ability to understand and perform the study procedures; fitness to perform maximal physical efforts; for participants under 18 years of age provision of an assent form and informed consent signed by a legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery in the lower limbs; history of musculoskeletal injuries in the past six months; presence of neurological cardiovascular metabolic or rheumatologic diseases; regular use of medications that interfere with neuromuscular function including analgesics or muscle relaxants

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate perceived recovery status; verified using a perceived recovery scale ranging from 0 to 10; scores will be analyzed at pre fatigue immediate post intervention 24 hours and 48 hours;Evaluate vertical jump performance; verified using unilateral Counter Movement Jump with a validated application; jump height in centimeters and power relative to body mass will be analyzed at pre fatigue post fatigue immediate post intervention 24 hours and 48 hours;Evaluate horizontal jump performance; verified using the unilateral Single Hop Test; distances in centimeters will be analyzed at pre fatigue post fatigue immediate post intervention 24 hours and 48 hours

Evaluate well being status; verified using the Well Being Sheet questionnaire; scores for fatigue sleep quality muscle soreness stress and mood will be analyzed at pre fatigue immediate post intervention 24 hours and 48 hours
