Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Assess the strength of the lumbar extensors. It is expected to find that the 60s recovery interval will be the most effective. Verified by peak torque on the isokinetic dynamometer. The force generated by the individuals will be observed. Expected to find a greater value in the 60-second recovery

Secondary
