Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of both sexes between the ages of 18 and 65 who present a clinical diagnosis of chronic migraine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with: History of seizure; Lesions in the region of the skull and/or cervical spine, as well as in the process of soft tissue healing; Presence of other neurological diseases or psychiatric disorders; Use of metal prostheses (excluding buccal cavity) or cardiac pacemaker; Pregnancy; Individuals contraindicated for the proposed aerobic exercise.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the pain intensity of the individuals through the Visual Analog Pain Scale by means of numerical parameters;;To verify the Frequency of Crises by means of Diary of Headache from numerical data.;To evaluate the visual memory of short duration and of long duration using the Rey–Osterrieth Complex Figure Test from numerical parameters and descriptive neuropsychological interpretation;;It is expected to find the profile of the sleep-wake cycle of the subjects through the actmetry from numerical data regarding to intensity of movement and luminosity.;To investigate the sleep habits of individuals from Sleep Diary from numerical parameters.;To verify the Quality of the sleep using the Questionnaire of Quality of the Sleep of Pittsburgh with numerical data.;Investigate the degree of daytime sleepiness by applying the Epworth Sleepiness Scale obtaining numerical data.

Characterize the sample using the Sociodemographic and Life Habits Assessment Form with numerical and qualitative parameters.;To investigate the profile of the crises of migraine through clinical evaluation form with numerical and qualitative parameters.;To identify the individuals' chronotypes by means of the Self-assessment Morningness-Eveningness questionnaire obtaining qualitative data. ;To investigate the impact of chronic migraine on general aspects of individuals' lives through the Headache Impact Test - 6, through quantitative information.;To evaluate neurophysiological aspects from Motor Threshold and Motor Evoked Potential through single pulse Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation with numerical results.;To verify the presence of depressive symptoms by applying the Beck Depression Inventory with numerical results.;To evaluate anxiety symptoms through the Trait-State Anxiety Inventory by getting numerical results.;To Investigate the quality of life of individuals using the 2-Item Short-Form Health Survey with results in percentage.
