Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Seniors; Age between 60 and 79 years; both sexes; with cognitive modifications on the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Inability to understand simple verbal commands; severe visual impairment or not compensated with the use of corrective lenses; serious auditory implications; who have completed any cognitive training program in the past six months

| It is expected the improvement of the cognitive functions evaluated by the Montreal cognitive assessment test, at the end of the 16 sessions. Considering a significant improvement in the final result when compared to the initial evaluation.;It is expected to find an improvement in the cognitive abilities assessed by the Mini Mental State Examination questionnaire at the end of the 16 sessions.
