Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a reduction in perceived stress levels through the PSS-10 psychometric questionnaire after a Dance Therapy intervention program

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate effects on salivary cortisol levels after a Dance Therapy intervention program, using the competitive immunoenzymatic ELISA method; To evaluate effects on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, venous blood collection, after a Dance Therapy intervention program, using the immunoenzymatic sandwich ELISA method
