Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Beach volleyball athletes who have been training for at least one year; have experience in official competitions; be training regularly for competitions; have not received a diagnosis of neurological diseases; be between 15 and 21 years old; male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Withdrawal for any reason from participation; suffering any type of injury during the research period

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to evaluate serve accuracy, verified by means of a specific 15-attempt test score according to the court target configuration, based on the observation of a variation in the final score between experimental conditions;It is expected to evaluate serve speed, verified by means of video analysis, based on the observation of a variation in the average speeds (km/h) between experimental conditions

It is expected to evaluate the perception of mental fatigue, verified by means of a 10cm visual analogue scale, based on the observation of a variation in fatigue scores between experimental conditions;It is expected to assess the athletes' readiness level, verified through the total recovery scale and countermovement vertical jump, based on the observation of similar readiness between the experimental conditions.;It is expected to assess perceived workload, as verified using the NASA-TLX scale, based on the observation of variations in overall task demand scores across experimental conditions.;It is expected to evaluate the quality of imagery, verified by means of a visual analogue scale of vividness and kinesthetic perception, based on the observation of the athletes' individual ability to generate clear mental images
