Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome: Increase in consumption of vegetables and fruits and reduction of sugar and salt intake, evaluated by means of a food frequency questionnaire and 12-hour urinary excretion. The mean number of servings of fruits and vegetables consumed and the urinary sodium and potassium excretion before and after the interventions compared to the control group were considered.;Outcome found: There was no difference between the number of fruit and vegetable portions consumed and the urinary excretion of electrolytes before and after the interventions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
