Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women over 18 years old diagnosed with breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ or stages I to III, undergoing chemotherapy treatment. Agree to participate in the study by signing the free and informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with self-reported physical or mental inability (assessed by the Mini-mental State) to perform the proposed exercises. Unavailability to participate in all stages of the research. Do not attend 75% of the proposed exercise program. Have had unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction in the last 30 days
