18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with urinary incontinence with predominance of stress urinary incontinence; Women who voluntarily accept and sign the Informed Consent Form (TCLE); Women who have a cell phone; Know how to read and write.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological problems that compromise the understanding for the practice of exercises, or suggestive of neurogenic bladder; Diabetes Mellitus; Total absence of muscle contraction of the pelvic floor (P = 0); pelvic floor hypertonicity; Anterior surgery of the pelvic floor; Prolapse of pelvic organs greater than stage II; Use of local hormone; Proven or suspected pregnancy; Prior treatment for urinary incontinence; Three or more lower urinary tract infections in the last 12 months; Ultrasound image with poor resolution for analysis.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 1:Improvement in the urinary incontinence complaint, determined through the ICIQ UI-SF (International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire - Short Form), at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcome 2:Strength gain in the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, assessed by digital palpation, with the modified OXFORD scale, after 6 months of treatment.;Expected outcome 3:Improvement in the human body limitation scores, psychosocial impact and social embarrassment due to urinary incontinence, evaluated by the I-QOL (Incontinence Quality of life Questionnaire) questionnaire, after 06 months of treatment.;Expected outcome 3:Greater thickness of the anus levator muscle, smaller area of the genital hiatus and urethral mobility, assessed by 3D translabial ultrasonography, after 6 months of treatment.
