Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Classification of obesity according to the pediatric body mass index (BMI) for age and gender, waist circumference (WC) based on the criteria for age, age between 12 and 15 years on the day of assessment, absence of clinical conditions that made physical activities impossible, a free and informed consent for participation in the program signed by the parents or legal guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants aged not compatible with the age proposed by the program, the participant has a disease of metabolic, physical or psychological origin that could prevent the emergence of physical exercise and not be classified as obese by BMI.
