Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This implementation study will include one pediatric inpatient unit of medium and high complexity of the Instituto da Criança e do Adolescente, Hospital das Clínicas, Faculdade de Medicina, Universidade de São Paulo; with a multidisciplinary team; number of beds less than 20

Exclusion criteria: Not being a pediatric inpatient unit of medium and high complexity at the Instituto da Criança e do Adolescente of the Hospital das Clínicas, Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo; not having a multidisciplinary team; with a number of beds over 20

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. Acceptability: change in the acceptability of hospital professionals about the services/treatments offered by the Integrative Pediatrics Unit (UPI). Acceptability will be assessed using a 6-item questionnaire on a 5-point Linkert scale, with a score range from 6 to 30. The higher the score, the greater the acceptability. The questionnaire will be applied at three different moments of the study and cover the stakeholder's knowledge with various dimensions of the service to be implemented. ;2. Feasibility: changes in the perception of hospital professionals regarding the feasibility of services/treatments offered by the integrative pediatrics unit (UPI). Feasibility will be assessed using a 6-item questionnaire on a 5-point Linkert scale, with a score range from 6 to 30. The higher the score, the greater the acceptability. The questionnaire will be applied at three different moments of the study and cover the stakeholder's knowledge with various dimensions of the service to be implemented. ;3. Penetration: Proportion of patients eligible to be assisted by the integrative pediatrics unit who were effectively assisted. ;4. Sustainability: changes in the perception of hospital professionals about the sustainability of the integrative pediatrics unit (UPI). Feasibility will be assessed using a 6-item questionnaire on a 5-point Linkert scale, with a score range from 6 to 30. The higher the score, the greater the acceptability. The questionnaire will be applied at three different moments of the study and cover the stakeholder's knowledge with various dimensions of the service to be implemented.
