Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy and hemodynamically stable volunteers; male gender; soccer athletes; age between 14 and 15 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Frequency of participation less than seventy-five percent.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
By the method of significant increase of lactate production by the Accutrend Plus lactation analyzer (Roche), presenting p value <5%. Blood glucose increased, although not significantly, and was not caused by breathing.
