Interventions

This is an experimental study with follow-up in 6 months of intervention - protocol of military police training (New Style intervention Physical Trainer Police Officer) focused on the change of lifest
2nd stage - physical-motor, sensory-cognitive and adaptive content with 20 minutes duration
3rd stage - development of physical fitness, sports activity - military police physical training with 30 minutes duration
4th stage - return to calm / relaxation with 10 minutes of duration. De

Eligibility

Age
26 Years to 58 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be a military police officer, volunteer, of units: operational and administrative; Male and female; Be in the condition of "active" service; Have at least one year of experience in the Units they serve; Sign the free and informed consent form (TCLE); Have a medical certificate to practice physical activity assessing their clinical state of health to perform interventions with military police.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Police officers working inside the State; Police officers who are already in the paid and retired reservation; Military officers under 25 and over 58; is unable to make interventions for clinical, administrative or judicial purposes within the period specified in the schedule.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that physical activity interventions of police officers will increase the level of physical activity measured by the IPAQ, reducing the relative risk and risk of developing noncommunicable chronic diseases - DNCTs, with a reduction of 5% in the experimental group when compared;Behavior change interventions are expected to improve quality of life (NAHAS) in 5% in the experimental group when compared to the control group, and 5% reduction in physical inactivity and stress in the reducing the relative risk and risk of development of noncommunicable chronic diseases - DNCTs, with a 5% reduction in the experimental group when compared to the control group.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that in physical exercise interventions with police officers, there will be a 5% increase in muscle mass and body fat reduction measured by Electric Bioimpedance in the experimental group when compared to the control group, and a 5% increase in muscle strength measured by dynamometry in the experimental group when compared to the control group.;Behavior change interventions associated with exercise are expected to reduce serum levels measured by biochemical and clinical evaluations by 5% in the experimental group when compared to the control group.
