Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of the weakness of the hip abductor muscles through the evaluation of the gait aiming to observe and analyze the phases of the gait cycle, being able to detect the presence of abnormal movement of the lower limbs and specific tests for the hip.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To verify which exercises will be beneficial to reduce the symptoms of patients, since some exercises activate more muscles of the gluteus medius and others activate more tensor of the fascia lata, so can observe the injury to symptomatic patients patellofemoral pain, through surface electromyography, evaluation of the vertical jump test, Y balance test, single leg squat, hop test, side board and static displacement analysis through the force platform.
