18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being a caregiver of elderly people linked to the institution, family or not, being 18 years old or over; exercising the role of caregiver for at least twelve months, having access to the internet, whether through a computer, notebook, tablet or smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregivers who, after five attempts to call, do not answer and do not return the call.
