Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemic lupus erythematosus patients evaluated previously ten years ago and followed at the Hospital Universitário Pedro Ernesto.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection with HIV or HCV or HBV; or refusal to participate by the patient.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Damage accrual enhancement related to steroids burden evaluated by SLICC/ACR-DI. In order to confirm damage enhancement it is demanded an elevation by at least 1 point measured twice in approximately 10 years interval

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Damage accrual enhancement related to azathioprine burden evaluated by SLICC/ACR-DI. In order to confirm damage enhancement it is demanded an elevation by 1 point at least measured twice in 10 years interval;Damage accrual enhancement related to mycophenolate burden evaluated by SLICC/ACR-DI. In order to confirm damage enhancement it is demanded an elevation by at least 1 point measured twice in approximately 10 years interval
