Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over eighteen years of age; female; have fat located in the abdominal region; have a BMI greater than 18.5 and less than 29.99; sedentary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: obesity; perform any type of aesthetic procedure with the purpose of reducing localized fat; have some contraindication to the use of the Aussie current.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Analysis with bioimpedance using the Maltron model BF-906 device, with four cardiological electrodes per patient, two positioned on the back of the foot, and the other two on the back of the hand.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Waist circumference perimetry will be performed with a plastic tape measure having as reference point the umbilical scar.;Photographs will be taken from the left profile and in the anterior view in anatomical position, in order to catch the nine regions of the abdomen, all standardized with the patient standing, and with the distance of the camera of one and a half meters from the body, with the abdominal and dorsal region totally uncovered.;Test of maximum muscle contractions of trunk flexion (removing the scapulas of contact with the stretcher) in one minute
