Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The trained professionals will be satisfied or very satisfied with the training program for clinical simulation facilitators (score higher than 7).;Professionals trained by the training program to become clinical simulation facilitators will become more competent in using the method.;Professionals trained in the clinical simulation facilitator training program will build more simulation scenarios and seek out the course instructor for support in their implementation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The implementation of a training program to train clinical simulation facilitators generates an increase in the number of hours reserved for simulation laboratories and the use of equipment by trained professionals.;The satisfaction of students who will participate in simulated scenarios developed by trained participants, verified by the Portuguese version of Student Satisfaction and Self-Confidence in Learning, will be greater after the implementation of the training program for the formation of clinical simulation facilitators.
