Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes; above 18 years; conducting hemodialysis three times per week; minimum period of three months; not-exercising; showing reduction in inspiratory muscle strength MIP <70% of predicted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability; deep vein thrombosis; Use of the catheter; severe dyspnea; chest pain; unstable angina; active liver disease; orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, neurological and / or cognitive changes that compromise the interests in the proposed protocol

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Respiratory muscle strength that will be evaluated through pre and post intervention manometer and the parameters are presented in percentage of predicted for population cmH20

MeasureTime frame
Submaximal functional capacity will be assessed through the pre six-minute walk test and post intervention and the parameters are presented in percentage of predicted for population meters;Maximum indirect functional capacity will be assessed using the distance obtained in the pre six-minute walk test and post intervention using VO2max = -2344 + 0.044 in 6MWT distance and parameters will be presented in percentage of predicted for population mL / (kg · min);Pulmonary function is assessed by spirometry before and after intervention and the parameters are presented in percentage of predicted for population;Physical activity level will be assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) pre and post intervention and the parameters are presented in percentage
