Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women on adjuvant chemotherapy; who were in the second, third or fourth cycle of chemotherapy; and who performed the cycle of Doxorubicin and Cyclophosphamide use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who have had radiation therapy or hormone therapy; who performed the cycle of use Placlitaxel or FEC (Fluorouracil, Epirubicin and Cyclophosphamide); who had high cardiac risk on the echocardiogram; above 75 years of age; unable to respond to questionnaires; with distant metastasis; and unable to walk.

Primary

Increase in overall quality of life, determined through the FACT-B total questionnaire, at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study.;The total sum of the indices of each group, obtained at the end of the intervention or control, showed an increase in the general quality of life of the experimental group, resulting in the comparative p = 0.042.
