Interventions

The participant will be asked to measure their heart rate, using the pulse oximeter, watch or cell phone app. Then, will be asked about the level of tiredness using the PCERT scale and we will measure

10 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were included if they were children and adults with DS aged 10 to 30 years old; agreed to participate in the research from themselves (by signing assent form ) and their legal guardians (by signing a consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they were unable to understand and execute the specific guidelines and commands of the intervention; did not adapted to the proposed intervention protocol; or those that presented technical failure in the technological devices preventing the realization of the protocol. Children and young adults who presented low vision or blindness, vestibular pathologies and those who did not had technological devices to perform telerehabilitation were not included in the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of virtual reality training (VR) on the level of perception of physical effor and heart rate in children and adults with DS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
We will observe the participants' satisfaction and motivation during the protocol with virtual games and parental satisfaction about the protocol; we will analyze the functional profile of children and adults with DS; the influence of previous use of technology on game performance, and observe cognitive impairments and the performance in games.
