Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women; 40 years or older; diagnosis of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke for at least 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of acute trauma-orthopedic changes (equal to or less than 3 months) on the side not affected by the stroke; uncontrolled diseases that alter the functional capacity to carry out the training program; cognitive, visual and hearing changes that interfere with understanding commands, explanations and completing questionnaires; and attendance of less than 75% in training sessions
