Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with and without arterial hypertension; participants in the exercise orientation program for at least 4 months; have a minimum age of 50 years and maximal of 70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with clinically uncontrolled systemic arterial hypertension with rest values above 160 by 105 mmHg; decompensated; cardiovascular diseases; neurological; cognitive and or respiratory disorders; cancer; presence of bone diseases; articular; difficulties in locomotion. Six participants were excluded because they did not meet the inclusion criteria; age greater than 70 years.
