Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be over 18 years of age; be a parent of children between 0 and 18 years of age; have an electronic device with internet to watch instructional videos with mindfulness practices, as well as to answer the assessment instruments; having interest and availability of time to practice mindfulness; and agree and sign the Free and Informed Consent Term (ICF)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being a parent with comorbidity that requires intense care; be responsible for a child or other family member with a condition that requires full dedication; perform other non-pharmacological mental health therapy and not know how to read and write

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find variation in the level of anxiety and quality of life, estimated respectively by the DASS-21 and by the WHOQOL-bref, and resulting from the implementation of the Mindful Parenting protocol.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Find changes in general and parental mindfulness scores, assessed, in that order, by MAAS and IM-P. Primary and secondary outcomes will be analyzed before the start of treatment (T1) and after the end of treatment (T2).
